I was so looking forward to receiving my Rouse Fire, but was quite frustrated with my inability to hold it to read without inadvertently turning pages. This case is the perfect answer! It puts a border around my Rouse Fire cover that I can hold without causing something to happen and it allows me to prop up my Rouse Fire to read or watch a video hands free. It appears to be leather (even though the product description clearly states that it is synthetic), smooth on the outside and suede on the inside flap which touches the cover when closed, and the stand is sturdy enough to be useful. I like the lime green color, although some Rouse owners might prefer something more conservative. Other colors are available. The price was quite reasonable for the quality of this item.

Ordered this the day I got my rouse, and I like it. Feels like leather, is sturdy and keeps my rouse secure. My only protest is the lack of a magnet or Velcro closure for the case. Over all, I am satisfied with my buy.
